Thank you for trusting The Myo Center with your patients. We work closely with dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, pediatricians, speech therapists and other airway-focused providers to care for patients together.

How to refer a patient

Please send referrals to our secure email, team@themyocenter.com, or fax them to (573) 628-8366.

Please include the patient’s name, date of birth and contact information, along with your name, practice, phone number and your concerns. You’re welcome to include x-rays, sleep studies or other relevant records. Our team will reach out to the patient to schedule.
